In the writeup of the July 27 Bowmanstown Borough Council meeting it was stated that the case against Duane Schleicher was remanded back to the zoning hearing board. This was for two uses on the Prince property. A balloon business was the second use where only one is permitted. The TIMES NEWS stated it was the transfer station case that was remanded
