A traffic stop had led to a drug charge pending against the driver.

State police at Lehighton said Carole Ann Guercio, 19, of Effort, was stopped along Blue Ridge Road at Ruby Court, in Ross Township, Monroe County. Troopers said she was found to have marijuana in her possession and was cited and then released.
