An orientation program for all students entering Lehighton Area High School for the first time will be held in the high school auditorium on Tuesday, Aug. 17, beginning at 9 a.m.

The program will include an explanation of student schedules, bell schedules, student dress codes, extra-curricular activities, lunch, student conduct, transportation arrangements, etc. Students will be given their homeroom assignments at that time.Those students present will also be given a tour of the building by members of the student council. It is estimated that the program will last about one and a quarter hours.
