Butch Feller of Jim Thorpe shows off some wild mushrooms that he harvested from local woodlands. On the bench next to him are a basketball-sized "Cauliflower" mushroom on the left while the one on the right is a "Chicken of the Woods" mushroom. While mushrooms like these are considered by some to be a delicacy, only those who are knowledgeable about which mushrooms are safe and edible should prepare them for eating.
