Theft incident

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft incident at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said unknown criminals went to the property of World Resources Co., 18 Front St., Cressona, and broke a Plexiglass windshield on an Isco rail mover causing $250 in damages. They then removed a fiberglass door off of a side kit from a trailer located outside a pole building. The door is valued at $50 and is blue in color and should have a sticker on it marking the door "F10". The incident occurred sometime between at 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, and Friday, July 30 at 7 a.m.Troopers also reported on other theft incidents.Charles Patrick Killian, of Auburn, reported the four hub caps on his 1994 Toyota Corolla were stolen while parked at the Landingville Fire Company, in Landingville, sometime between 4:30 and 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 31.Lucille Marie Kroh, 213 W. Center St., Donaldson, Frailey Township, reported someone went to a side porch at her residence and removed an 18-inch Next mountain bike, purple/white and black in color. The theft occurred sometime between 5:10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday.Troopers said the vehicles of Jamie P. Chance, of Wilmington, Del., and Joseph J. McCool, of Newark, Del., were entered while parked along SR61 and Port Clinton Ave., near an area commonly known as "The Rock", in West Brunswick Township. Removed was a cell phone, iPod and a backpack along with personal items. The criminals also caused damage while attempting to remove an amp from the trunk. The incident occurred sometime between 2 and 3:50 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1.Troopers also reported on another incident in the same area. The parked vehicle of Alexander J. Binford-Waslsh, of Bethlehem, and Octavio D. Roscioli, of Emmaus, was entered while the two victims were at a nearby swimming area. The passenger side front window on the car was smashed to gain entry. Removed were numerous items including cell phones, an iPod and a GPS unit. The incident also occurred on Sunday.
