An altercation in the Schuylkill County borough of Girardville led to one of the participants being cited.

State police at Frackville said Justin E. Kitsock, 31, and Leonard Mervine, 30, both of Girardville got into an altercation about 3:45-4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28, along W. Ogden St., near Richmond St.During the altercation Mervine kicked Kitsock in the face. Mervine was issued a citation for harassment, troopers said.
