Slatington police reported on the following arrests made by officers on Friday, July 16.

About 10:17 a.m. officers responded to a welfare check of a person at 139 Fifth St. As a result police said Kathleen Barthol, 51, of that address, was arrested for public drunkenness.At 12:05 p.m. officers went ot 801 Main St., Apt. 5, for a domestic incident. Arrested at the scene was Persian Samuels, 27, of 350 Main St., Apt. 2, for defiante trespass.
