A Luzerne County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said about 1:10 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, Edward Bumbulsky, 44, of Hazleton, was found parked along the shoulder of the McAdoo exit ramp along Interstate 81 in Kline Township.He submitted to a breath test which revealed his blood/alcohol content was above the legal limit of .08 percent. Troopers said he will be charged.
