Charges are pending against two area residents after they caused a scene in Bowmanstown, Carbon County, on July 15, at 1 a.m.

According to state police at Lehighton, Jamie Smith, 36, of Walnutport, and Tammy Kemmerer, 46, of Bowmanstown, became involved in a physical altercation at 747 Pine St., Bowmanstown.Charges against both individuals are pending.
