Criminal mischief incidents probed

State police at Lehighton are investigating numerous incidents of criminal mischief.

Schuyler Larsen, 63, of 3273 Blue Ridge Rd., Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County, reported his mailbox, yard light and light post were damaged by unknown persons sometime between 9 p.m. July 9 and 5 a.m. on July 10.Barry Paul Reed, 56, and Ronald Joseph Steber, 67, of 23 Sunrise Terrace Lane, East Penn Township, Lehighton, Carbon County, reported the mailbox of Reed was pulled from the ground and thrown into the swimming pool of Steber damaging the liner. The incident occurred sometime overnight of July 9-10.Jason David Corrado, 20, of HC1 Box 470, Kohler Rd., Saylorsburg, reported someone smashed the windshield on his vehicle. The incident occurred sometime between 10:15 p.m. July 9 and 3 p.m. on July 10.John Dean Stewart, 57, of 123 Foxcroft Drive, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, reported someone threw eggs at his home sometime overnight of July 8-9.Roger D. Sorensen, 65, of 755 Forest Inn Rd., Palmerton, reported someone damaged his mailbox overnight of July 8-9.William Burt, 76, of Short Ridge Rd., Kunkletown, Polk Township, reported someone damaged six trees on his property. The incident occurred sometime between June 20 and July 1.Marion Loretta Conk, 50, of Ross Rd., near Flythe Rd., in Ross Township, reported someone punctured her central air conditioning unit located outside her home. The incident occurred sometime between June 12-30.Kenneth Kehler, 31, of Albrightsville, reported someone smashed the window on his vehicle while parked at the intersection of SR209 and Greenhill Rd., in Polk Township. The incident was reported at 8 a.m. on July 2.Elizabeth VanHorn, 21, of 239 Center St., Parryville, reported someone threw a shock absorber at her Chevrolet Malibu parked at her residence causing damage to it.
