Ralph S. Kreamer Jr., Lehighton, was presented the Non-Farmer Conservation Award by the Keystone Chapter, Soil Conservation Society of America at their annual meeting held at East Stroudsburg State College. Kreamer was cited for his leadership in soil and water conservation over a 10 year period. As a newspaper feature writer, reporter, photographer, and presently as a public service director for a community television station, he has greatly advanced conservation in Carbon County.
