Costenbader, 509 Mahoning St., Lehighton, filed a civil complaint against L&S Transportation Inc., 104 Hoffman Rd., Wind Gap.The suit states that on July 8, 2008, the plaintiff was entering a van owned and operated by the defendant firm when she was allegedly caught on a defective running board which caused her to fall in the street sustaining injuries detailed in the suit.Negligence is alleged and sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
