The Tamaqua Lions Club did a special 'pocket change collection' fundraiser; which was a special project under the Lions District Governor, Robert Neumoyer,. The Tamaqua Lions collected and donated $75 to the Salvation Army food bank in one check and gave another for $25 as a special donation in his name, for his 'Feed the Hungry' project to round it out to $100.
