State Senator William Z. Scott, Summit Hill, was the principal speaker at the dedication exercise of the new bridge in Weatherly this afternoon. The new structure, the fourth to span the Black Creek, is a modern, all-weather bridge. Also making brief addresses were State Representative John Bonner of Summit Hill, former state senator Montgomery Crowe of Stroudsburg, and A. L. Weisenberger, Allentown, district engineer for the State Highway Department.
