The fifth annual banquet of the Safety Patrol of the Rush Township Schools is being held at 5 p.m. today at Scrafford's Restaurant. About 40 members and guets attended. The Patrol comprises students from Grier City, Quakake, and Hometown schools. The bus driver has been invited as an honored guest for his excellent safety record in transporting the children to and from school. William Correll, owner of the school bus, gave a talk on "safety."
