A Tamaqua man has been charged after allegedly indecently exposing himself to Tamaqua Community Ambulance personnel. The incident reportedly occurred at 5:30 p.m. on June 2.

Officers were dispatched to the ambulance garage to deal with a white male who was shirtless and wearing black shorts. The suspect reportedly exposed his genitals and used obscene hand gestures then walked south on Railroad Street, making a left on to Mauch Chunk Street.The male was located in front of 18 Mauch Chunk St. and identified as Brian Keith Woods, 45, of 101 Rowe St. Woods was visibly intoxicated and had a stumbling gait. He was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
