State police at Fern Ridge are currently seeking assistance in locating Raymond Girard Pappas. Pappas currently has an active felony warrant out for his arrest for possession of child pornography. Pappas' current address is 30 Parker Mews, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County. He also has ties to New York City.
