LCCC to host Community Preparedness Institute Get Ready 2010-Summer Splash

Community volunteers, healthcare workers, first responders, law enforcement officers, public and educational officials, as well as industry and service agency leaders, are encouraged to attend the "Get Ready 2010 Summer Splash" Community Preparedness Institute, held June 1-5.

All sessions include refreshments are held on the main campus of Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC), Route 309, Schnecksville.Summer Splash 2010 is a series of mini-seminars to teach regional health and safety and is open to the public and free of charge. Grant funding is provided by Allentown Health Bureau, Lehigh County Emergency Management Agency, and the U.S. Department of Transportation/Federal Transit Authority.
