TN CorrespondentWhen Stacy and Joe Jachowicz of Nesquehoning were told that their infant son, Luke, had cancer, they knew there would be plenty of treatments and hospitalizations in store for him.Luke and his family recently raised money by sponsoring Alex's Lemonade Stand for the ACS Foundation. Together with family and friends they raised over $1,000 for the cause.Not only did they have a lemonade stand, but they held a Chinese Auction and sold refreshments.They are hoping this endeavor will help cure juvenile cancer, not only for Luke but for many other children who have been diagnosed with it.
