Courtney Postupack, 8, Tamaqua American Legion's 2010 Poppy Queen, hands the first poppy to Tamaqua Mayor and Legion member Christopher Morrison in front of the monument at C.H. Berry Post 173 of the Tamaqua American Legion. Poppies are available for a donation now through Memorial Day at the Tamaqua Legion home, W. Broad Street, as well as from various businesses and during their monthly breakfasts.
