After 3 days of competition, Jim Thorpe still leads the pack

Three days are complete in the 10-day Carbon County Senior Games.

After five events, Jim Thorpe is still leading the pack with a score of 237.The overall standings are Jim Thorpe in first; Lehighton in second with 193 points; Panther Valley in third with 54 points; Palmerton in fourth with 27 points; and Weatherly in fifth with 15 points.The third day events included shooting pool and swimming. The individual results from the swimming event, which were held Wednesday evening, were not available as of press time.
