Summit Hill police report that Stephanie Kociolek, 20, of 35 W. Hazard Street, was cited for disorderly conduct on April 21 at 3:30 p.m. for causing a disturbance in front of her house.

Also on April 21, a 14-year-old girl was cited with harassment for fighting with her sister.On April 23 police received a report that someone in a red truck stole household items that were in the yard of an East Walter Street home. Police are looking for the alleged thieves.Police also have received reports of items stolen from two unlocked vehicles in the borough, and urge people to lock their car doors.Also, a 13-year-old Summit Hill boy was cited with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct through the Carbon County juvenile probation office for assaulting another youth at Market and Hazard streets on Jan. 28.On Feb. 24, police received a report of an assault at the Panther Valley High School. A 15-year-old girl assaulted another female student, police said. Charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct were filed through the juvenile probation office.
