A Monroe County woman was seriously injured in a one vehicle crash that occurred about 5:50 p.m. on Sunday, April 25, along SR115 and Snow Shoe Lane.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Judith Ann Pearson, 50, of Stroudsburg, was driving a vehicle that left the road and struck a tree with the front drivers' side.Pearson sustained severe injuries and was transported to the Geisinger Medical Center, Plains Township, Luzerne County, for treatment. Police said she was admitted in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit.The investigation into the crash is continuing, police added.
