Edward Kelly, 45, of Pocono Township waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday after being charged with killing David McEntire, 42, of Kunkletown in 2005. Police state McEntire was fatally beaten with a hammer then shot after which his body was burned. His remains were placed in a trash bag and reported to have been dumped in or near Harry's U-Pull It auto salvage yard in West Hazleton.
