A 16-year-old girl from Nesquehoning was cited for harassment after state police at the Lehighton barracks were called Monday at 7:55 a.m. to Educare, 413 Bridge St., Weissport.

Police said the accused allegedly struck a 15-year-old girl from Lansford in the face after a brief verbal altercation.
