A complete list of the charges each defendant faces in connection with a drug and burglary ring in Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton and Schuylkill counties has been released by Attorney General Tom Corbett's office. The charges are as follows:

• Victor Rodriguez: charged with one county of corrupt organizations, one county criminal conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute heroin, and one county of possession with the intent to deliver heroin. Rodriguez is currently in the Lehigh County Correctional Facility.• Edward Cesanek of Nesquehoning: charged with two counts receiving stolen property, one county corrupt organizations, one count criminal conspiracy burglary, one count burglary, one count criminal trespass, one count theft by unlawful taking, and one count of person not to possess a firearm.• Robert Cesanek of Nesquehoning: charged with four counts criminal conspiracy burglary, three counts criminal trespass, one count burglary, one count corrupt organizations, one count criminal conspiracy to deliver heroin, and one count of person not to possess a firearm.• Kira Cesanek of Nesquehoning: charged with two counts criminal conspiracy burglary, two counts receiving stolen property, one count corrupt organizations, one count burglary, one count criminal trespass, one count theft by unlawful taking, and one count of person not to possess a firearm.• Wayne Thorpe of Nesquehoning: charged with nine counts burglary, six counts criminal trespass, six counts receiving stolen property, five counts of theft by unlawful taking, and one count criminal conspiracy possession with the intent to distribute heroin.• Zachary Lienhard of Nesquehoning: charged with one count corrupt organizations, and one count criminal conspiracy possession with the intent to distribute heroin.• Amanda Rogers of Coaldale: charged with one count corrupt organizations, and one count criminal conspiracy possession with the intent to distribute heroin.• Jonathon Maury of Lansford: charged with one count corrupt organizations, and one count criminal conspiracy possession with the intent to distribute heroin.• John Aleksiejczyk of Nesquehoning: charged with one count corrupt organizations, one count criminal conspiracy possession with the intent to distribute heroin, one count of person not to possess a firearm, and one count receiving stolen property.• Waheeb Girgis of Lehighton: charged with two counts criminal conspiracy, two counts of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activity, one count of corrupt organizations and one count receiving stolen property.• Donald Dorward Sr. of Lehighton: charged with two counts criminal conspiracy, two counts of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activity, one count of corrupt organizations and one count receiving stolen property.• Daniel Eremus of Lehighton: charged with two counts criminal conspiracy, two counts of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activity, one count of corrupt organizations and one count receiving stolen property.• Frank and Janet Munoz will be charged for their alleged participation in the organization sometime next week.
