A fire early this morning caused considerable damages to a Schuylkill County business.

A fire broke out at Cressona Textiles Inc. plant in North Manheim Township, just outside Cressona, about 1 a.m.The fire caused extensive damages to the property including a part of the building collapsing. It is a total loss, officials said.According to reports the business made and stored rags. A part of SR901 (known as the Gordon Nagle Trail), which runs between Cressona and Pottsville, was closed due to the blaze and was not expected to reopen until later today.A state police fire marshal has been summoned to the scene to help local fire officials determine a cause. There were no reports of injuries.
