A Monroe County man was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident on Monday, April 12, about 6:05 p.m.

State police at Fern Ridge said Oakey H. Smiht Jr., 59, of Mountain Rd., Stroudsburg, engaged in tumultuous behavior consisting of yelling obscene language and various other remarks at his residence and in the presence of the public.
