Dispute over bill

A board of arbitration ruled Kenneth and Carrie Klinger, of 200 W. Second Mountain Road, Pottsville, owed a $15,948.11 fuel bill to Economy Gas and Food Markets, SR61, Schuylkill Haven. The defendants operate a trucking company and the suit claimed they entered into a written contract to purchase fuel and other products and owned a bill.Revoke probationDiane Bretzius, 30, Port Carbon, had her probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and was re-sentenced to serve 18 to 36 months in the county prison and when released to serve an additional five years on probation. She received credit for serving 38 days in prison. Bretzius was placed on probation in May 2009 after pleading guilty to endangering welfare of children.Michelle M. Miller, 38, Shenandoah, had her probation revoked by Judge Domalakes and re-sentenced to serve six to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 87 days. This was her second revocation. She had pleaded guilty to retail theft.Jeffrey L. Schaeffer, 39, Pine Grove, had his probation revoked by Judge Jacqueline Russell and he was re-sentenced to serve five years on probation in the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) and provide 60 hours of community service. The judge also ordered he have no unsupervised contact with any female under age 18 and comply with all directives of the sex offender program and not view or possess any pornographic material.
