"Great Chefs and Restaurants of the Valley" allows participants to enjoy cooking instruction, recipe sharing, and sampling of preparations of chefs from among the area's finest restaurants. The noncredit program is sponsored by Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC).

Food samples are at the discretion of the individual chefs. Sessions are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening, depending on the restaurant.
