Pocono Mountain Regional police reported the arrest of a Monroe County resident on two charges.

On Thursday, March 18, about 2:52 a.m. officers responded to the Snowshoe Condos in Mt. Pocono for a report of an intoxicated male in the parking lot. Upon arrival officers observed a male staggering on the sidewalks extremely intoxicated.The male was identified as Tony Sprinkle, 39, of Mt. Pocono. A check revealed that Sprinkle had an active warrant for his arrest issued to the Monroe County Sheriff's Department.Sprinkle was taken into custody and lodged in the county prison on the warrant and was also cited for public drunkenness.
