Summit Hill police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Michael Messinger, 20, of 264 W. Ludlow St. of charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. according to police, there was a disturbance outside 264 W. Ludlow at 4:26 a.m. Friday morning. A person living in the apartment building came out to see what was going on and was allegedly assaulted by Messinger. Messinger fled area.

Police cited another resident for a road rage incident that happened at 5:42 a.m. March 17. A Lehighton Ambulance crew was backing a vehicle into the ambulance garage. To do that, they need to pull the ambulance out onto Route 902. Neumann allegedly pulled up right next to the ambulance and began honking his horn and yelling at crew members. He was cited for disorderly conduct.In another matter, Bonnie Vosburgh, 19, of 105 Lansford Court was cited for harassment after allegedly making threats against another resident at 3:51 p.m. March 18.Also, Muri Zuta, 58 Courter Ave., Wayne, NJ. was cited for 10 trash collection delinquency violations for an apartment building at 305 E. Ludlow St.
