Elimination of the traffic hazard at the White Bear intersection east of Summit Hill will not be easily accomplished, the five councilmen who attended a meeting of the council were told. Wesley Hiles informed the council he and other members wet with state officials on the matter. Several suggestions were aired. Among these was a stop light. The borough was asked if it would be willing to install a stop light at the intersection at a cost of $780. No action was taken.
