A charge of driving under the influence (DUI) is pending against a driver following an incident in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Clark L. Burger Jr., of Kunkletown, was stopped for a traffic violation about 12:11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13, along SR2011 in Towamensing Township. He was found to be under the influence, troopers said. The DUI charge is pending.
