Divorces granted

Ernest G. Spencer, Middletown, was granted a divorce from Holly A. Spencer, Ashland. They were married March 30, 1999.Robert A. Kreiser, Pine Grove, was granted a divorce form Juanita J. Kreiser, Jonestown. They were married June 14, 1986.Aimee Johns was granted a divorce from Jeffrey Johns, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married Sept. 19, 1998.ProbationKatherine R. Mock, 30, Shenandoah, was placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, which is reserved for first offenders to allow them to work off the sentence to clear their name. Mock was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol by Patrolman Richard Harachak, III, Ashland Police.She was placed in the program for a year and ordered to pay a $500 assessment to defray cost of the program, $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account fund, $50 monthly supervision fee, undergo intensive outpatient counseling and random urine screens, make restitution of $60 to Schuiylkill Medical Center for lab work and her driver's license is suspended 30 days. On two summary charges, careless driving and making an improper right turn, she was fined $50 plus $100 costs.
