Boyer, 45, of 123 West Blaine Street, McAdoo, on a charge of disorderly conduct was fined $25 plus court costs. He was cited by Patrolman Jeremy Talanca, McAdoo Police last June 7.Brian Patrick Chapman, 20, Pottsville, on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance was sentenced to serve one and one-half years to three years in a State Correctional Institution. He was cited by the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force last May 5.Pleads no defenseDonte Tarran Brown, 19, Minersville, entered a plea of nollo contendre (no defense) to several criminal charges and was given credit by Judge Dolbin of having served 124 days in prison on charges of terroristic threats, receiving stolen property, theft of property, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person and was placed on probation for 23 months, pay $50 to the CJEA fund, a $50 monthly probation fee and court costs. He was cited by Trooper Thomas Robin on October 8, 2008 in Mechanicsville Borough
