State police said a port-a-potty was set on fire at6 the Met-Ed substation at the intersection of Kistler Valley and Owl Valley roads in Lynn Township, on Wednesday.

The incident was reported at 5:06 a.m. Police are labeling the incident an "arson."Also damaged was a nearby building belonging to the utility company.
