Rocking Horse Toys: Rocking Horse Depot is recalling Rocking Horse Toys sold November 2006 - December 2009. The reins on the rocking horse bridle are long enough to form a loop around a child's head and neck, posing a strangulation hazard. Strangulations can occur when a child places his-her neck between the exposed fabric on the backside of the blind or when a child pulls the cord out and wraps it around his-her neck.
