Renee Cerullo and David DeMelfi were united in marriage at the Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn, N.Y., on Nov. 7, 2009 by Judge William J. Corbett Sr.

The bride is the daughter of the late William and Denise (Clark) Macknosky, Dickson City; and the granddaughter of Paul and Romayne (Libudziewski) Macknosky, Dickson City, and the late William and Jean (Hudak) Clark, Throop.The bridegroom is the son of Nicholas and Arlene (Martine) DeMelfi, Hazleton, and the grandson of the late Rocco "Rex" and Lena (Bertolini) Martine, Hazleton, and the late Joseph and Fran (Avilliano) DeMelfi, Freeland.The bride chose Jennifer Macknosky, Dickson City, as matron of honor. James Mikovich, Nesquehoning performed the duties of best man.Also participating were Christy Passeri and Ashley Price.Following the ceremony, cocktails were hosted by Servant Pellegrino at Pellegrino's Restaurant in Little Italy, Manhattan, N.Y.A reception followed at Sparks in Manhattan, N.Y. A honeymoon in Italy is planned.The newlyweds reside in Nesquehoning.
