This, the tallest of the buildings at the former New Jersey Zinc Co. west plant just off Route 248 in Palmerton, has recently been demolished by Phase III Environmental of Lehighton. The group, along with Northface Development, LLC, Lehighton, plan to develop the site into a high tech office park that could create thousands of jobs.
