State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said Sabino Lezama of Willkes-Barre, who failed to pay for towing services rendered him during a storm Sunday on Interstate 80 will be charged with theft of services.

The victim is Jimmy's Auto Service, Blakeslee.Police said the tow truck pulled Lezama's vehicle out of a snow bank, at which time the defendant and tow truck operator agreed to meet at the next exit to arrange for payment of the bill. Police said Lezama followed the tow truck but then passed it and got onto the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, failing to take care of the bill.
