State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the theft of an all-terrain vehicle.

The victim, Wayne E. Benack, 62, of 33 Audrey Lane, Jim Thorpe (Penn Forest Township), reported the theft occurred between 8 p.m. Monday and 7:45 a.m. Tuesday.The vehicle is a 2001 Polaris 425 Expedition 4-by-4, green in color with a camouflage pattern on it.Anyone with information about the incident or ATV is asked to contact police at (610) 377-4270.
