A Tamaqua man will spend 10 days in the Schuylkill County prison after an incident in the borough on Tuesday.

Robert Pfeil, 48, 68 Bowe St., was wanted on a warrant for failure to pay a fine at the office of District Judge Stephen Bayer. Court officials executed the warrant on Tuesday, taking Pfeil into custody. A records check indicated he was wanted on an additional three bench warrants.Additionally, Pfeil was cited for defiant trespass, as the building he was in had earlier been deemed unsafe for human habitation.
