They did it again! The Panther Valley Jaycees held the most extravagant Pumpkin Parade to date. Parade chairman Clyde Bachert and his committee estimated the turnout of participants and viewers at about 25,000. The five-division parade had 10 bands and drum and bugle corps. Dr. Stanley Drukenmiller was grand marshall. Among the special guests was Sally Starr of WFIL television.
