STACEY SOLT/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS The Carbon County Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) recently honored two chapter members for their outstanding service to the group and the community. Roy Seems, far right, was inducted into the John J. Dillon Service Hall of Fame for his efforts with the Carbon and Region 2 PASR chapters. Rose Marie Armon, center, received the "Volunteer of the Year" award after committing more than 1,690 hours to community service. The awards were presented by Janet Hall, left, Community Service Chairman.
