Daniel M. Ambruch filed suit for divorce from Sharon L. Ambruch, both of 7 Wood Road, Zions Grove. They were married Nov. 3, 2001.Tammy L. Kromer, 109 All Kings Drive, New Ringgold, started a divorce action against Mark J. Kromer, 677 Spruce Drive, New Ringgold. They were married April 21, 2007.Helen Marie Homolovich, 22 E. High St., Coaldale, filed suit for divorce from Robert Austin Homolovich, 234 E. High St., Coaldale. They were married Nov. 20, 1999.Granted divorceDawn Polin, Montague, N.J., was granted a divorce from Daniel Polin, Sheppton. They were married Nov. 17, 2006.Michelle L. Unger, Hegins, was granted a divorce from Jerry L. Unger, Tower City. They were married June 5, 1995.Lori Brown was granted a divorce from Michael Brown, both of Pine Grove. They were married May 20, 2000.Richard M. Kegolis was granted a divorce from Mary A. Kegolis, both of Shenandoah. They were married Aug. 4, 1990.Heather L. Beck, Auburn, was granted a divorce from Jason M. Beck, Whitehall. They were married May 9, 2008.Revoke probationBrian Edward Bernotas, 33, Frackville, had his probation revoked by Judge D. Michael Stine for breaking the rule which states he shall abstain from the unlawful possession or sale of narcotics. He was re-sentenced to serve an additional nine months on probation. Bernotas had entered a guilty plea to identity theft and had been placed on probation for12 months.Brian Anthony Cyr, 20, Shenandoah, had his probation revoked by Stine for violating the terms of his parole by failing to comply with all municipal, county, state and federal criminal laws by failing to notifiy his parole officer within 24 hours after a new arrest and for failing to abstain from use of controlled substance. Cyr was recommitted to the county prison to serve out his original sentence and his 365 days of liberty were revoked. He had entered a guilty plea to theft and criminal conspiracy charges.SentencedJoshua Emmanuel Kaylor, 19, Shenandoah, was sentenced by Judge Jacquelyn Russell on a charge of simple assault on Harold Creasy, of Shenandoah, to serve two to 21 months less one day in the county prison, provide 40 hours of community service, pay court costs and make restitution of $190.27 to High Mark Blue Shield and $2,503.56 to Center for Medicare and Medicard Service. He also must have no contact with the victim. On a charge of harassment he was sentenced to serve and additonal 30 to 90 days and when released on probation to pay a $50 monthly supervision fee.Raymond R. Hillibush, 30, Frackville, was sentenced by Russell on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance to serve one to two years in a state correctional institution followed by two years on probation. On a charge of driving while his license was suspended was fined $200 plus costs. He was cited by Patrolman Michael Dissinger, Mahanoy City police, and pleaded guilty to the charge.
