Zubair S. Kadri, 26, Allentown, escaped injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 5:30 a.m. Dec. 28 on Interchange Road in Towamensing Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said he was driving a 2006 BMW Z4 that traveled off the roadway and struck a sign post and utility pole.The accident happened about 640 feet east of Evergreen Drive.
