Ryan D. Farley, 27, of Saylorsburg, and Charles M. Cecchiara, 28, of Effort, have been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on charges of criminal mischief.

Pollice said the incident happened at 10:56 p.m. Dec. 10 at the intersection of Rolling Hills and Meixell Valley roads in Ross Township.Police said they were traveling on Rolling Hills Road when they shot their hunting rifle at the posted stop sign at the intersection with Meixell Valley Road.
