Trespass incidents

State police at Lehighton reported investigating two criminal trespass incidents.

Troopers said two teens, ages 16 and 17, and Amber Marie Phillips, 18, all of Kunkletown, are facing criminal trespass charges following an incident that occurred on Monday, June 17, about 4:08 p.m.The three were on the property of Ronald Hahn, Evergreen Lake, near Pioneer Road, in Kresgeville, Polk Township, Monroe County, which they were not permitted to be. Charges are pending.A charge of criminal trespass is pending against Luis Alfredo Perez, 31, of Saylorsburg, for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 18, about 3:30 a.m.Troopers allege that Perez entered the residence at 75 Beers Lane, Palmerton, Towamensing Township, Carbon County, through an unlocked basement window. Once inside he went to the bedroom of his ex-girlfriend, identified as Joan E. Gorman, 30, of that residence, which was located in the basement. Once in the bedroom he woke up Gorman and wanted to talk with her.He was told to leave by Gorman, and did leave without incident. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
