Two persons were uninjured in a one-vehicle crash Dec. 30, at 8:45 p.m., on State Rt. 901 in Cass Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said James Allen Jr., 29, of Minersville, was driving a vehicle northbound when he lost control of it while negotiating a left-hand curve in the roadway. The car crossed the east berm and struck an embankment with its right front end, causing it to roll over on its roof and come to rest in the northbound lane.Police said neither the driver nor his passenger, Robert Eckert, 37, of Mahanoy Plane, were injured.Police said Allen will be arrested for speeding.
